Ordering Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order products?
Click on the Buy button next to the product you want to order. This will take
you to the ordering page. On the ordering page, you can order the product the following ways:
- PayPal.com. Click on the Paypal logo to order the product using the PayPal system. Once
you are in PayPal, follow the directions on the screen
- Billpoint.com. Click on
the Billpoint logo to order the product using the Billpoint system. Once you
are in Billpoint, follow the directions on the screen

How do I know you received my order?
A Surfplus.net sales person will contact you to verify your order and shipping.
How can I be sure that the items I want are in stock?
Our website will let you know stock status. Also when we contact you to
verify your order we will re-verify with stock on hand.
What forms of payment are accepted?
- PayPal
- Certified Check
- Money Order
- Billpoint (for orders $2500.00US or less)
Are the prices in US dollars?
Yes all prices are in United States currency
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes in most cases. Please contact our sales department with any questions.
How are orders shipped? How long till you ship? how long till I receive them?
FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer. Orders are shipped
immediately upon payment.*
How much are shipping charges? Buyer pays fixed
shipping and handling cost. The shipping
and handling fees are posted right next to the actual product cost.
